Usage Agreement

Introduction to the usage agreement:

Article 1 - Introduction and Definitions:

Article Two - Consumer Legal Capacity:

1- The consumer acknowledges that he has a legal capacity considered in Sharia and system to deal with a routine, or that he is at least eighteen years old.

2- The consumer agrees that if he violates this article, he will bear the consequences of this violation in front of third parties.

Article Three - Nature of Obligation:

1- A routine obligation towards consumers or consumers is to provide (the service or product).

2- Routine may provide other services such as after-sales services or other related services, due to the nature and type of (service or product) required by the consumer.

Article 4 - Terms of Use:

1- The consumer is obligated to use the online platform for Routine in accordance with public morals and regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

2- When purchasing a service or product from this routine, the consumer shall not use this service or product in violation of public morals and the regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Article Five - Accounts and Registration Obligations:

1- You shall be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and the confidentiality of the password, and by this you agree to notify Routine immediately of any unauthorized use of your Routine account information or any other breach of your confidential information.

2- In no case will Rotini be liable for any loss that may be incurred by you, directly or indirectly, morally or materially, as a result of revealing the consumer's name information or the login password.

3- You are obligated to use your account or membership with Routine yourself, as you are fully responsible for it, and if someone else uses it, this is a presumption that you have authorized them to use Routine in your name and for your account.

4- You are committed when using Routine to use it with all seriousness and credibility.

5- You are obligated to disclose true, correct, updated, complete and legal information about yourself as required during registration with a routine, and you are obligated to update your data in changing it in reality or in case of need.

6- Our store is committed to dealing with your personal information and contact addresses in strict confidentiality.

7- If it becomes clear to the store that you have disclosed information that is not true, incorrect, not current, incomplete, illegal, or in violation of what was stated in the usage agreement, then Rotini has the right to suspend, freeze or cancel your membership or your store and your account on the platform, without Damage to other routine rights and their legitimate means to recover their rights and protect the rest of consumers.

8- In the event that you do not comply with any of the above, the Rotine management has the right to suspend your membership or block you from accessing the Rotine services again.

Article Six - Electronic Communications and Official Communication Means:

1- The parties to this agreement agree that communication takes place via the e-mail registered on the platform.

2- The consumer agrees that all agreements, advertisements, data and other communications that are provided electronically take the place of their written counterparts, which is a stand-alone argument, in meeting the statutory and legitimate needs.

3- The consumer agrees to be able to communicate with him and inform him of any provisions related to this agreement or dealing with him through routine management broadcasting general messages received to all consumers or to specific users of the store

Article Seven - Amendments to the Terms of Use and Fees Agreement:

1- In the event that any incoming article or clause in this agreement is canceled or that there is any incoming article or any clause in this agreement that is no longer enforceable, then such an order does not cancel the validity of the rest of the articles, clauses, rules and provisions contained in this agreement and it remains in effect until Another notice of routine management

4- Rotini reserves the right to add, increase, reduce or deduct any fees or expenses under the articles, terms and conditions of the usage agreement, on any of the consumers, whatever the reason for their registration.

Article 8 - Payment and reimbursement services for stores in a routine

1- Rutini, through its partners, provides the payment and payment system in Rutini. It can be done entirely online through the payment options available on Rutini or through any payment method provided by Rutini from time to time.

2- Rutini is obligated to determine the price of the service or product that he offers in his store according to the recognized market value.

3- A routine is obligated to provide invoices, receipt vouchers, and receipt vouchers for all amounts and profits that arise in his store, and he is obligated to give the consumer an invoice for his purchase of a service or product

4- Rutini is committed to providing the generally accepted accounting specifications in his online store, in application of the provisions of this agreement, and the legal, economic, commercial and organizational interests in this regulation.

Article Nine - Intellectual Property:

1- The intellectual property rights of Rotini are fully owned by the store, whether they were owned by them before or after the establishment of this electronic platform.

2- The consumer or the consumer respects the intellectual property rights of Rutini, which includes the name of Rutini itself, and the words, logos and other symbols related to Rutini or offered to him, as every right that follows the name of Rutini is the full intellectual property rights of the store.

Article Ten - Routine Responsibility:

1- Rutini is committed to conducting his business through this electronic platform in a regular manner and in accordance with the regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and in accordance with the provisions of this agreement.

2- Routine does not bear any claims arising from errors or negligence, whether caused directly, indirectly, incidentally, or by the consumer or by a third party such as shipping companies.

3- (Routine Name), its employees, owners and their representatives shall be committed to ensuring that (the product or service) is sound, legitimate and authorized in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and that it is used for legitimate purposes.

Article Eleven - Restriction of Access or Membership:

The store can suspend or cancel the consumer's membership or restrict the consumer's access to the platform's services at any time and without notice and for any reason, and without limitation.

Article Twelve - Applicable Law or Regulation:

This User Agreement is governed and drafted in accordance with the laws, regulations and legislation in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and is completely and completely subject to the regulations in force with the authorities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Article Thirteen - General Provisions:

In the event that any incoming material or clause in this usage agreement is canceled or there is any incoming material or any clause in the usage agreement that is no longer enforceable, such a matter does not revoke the validity of the rest of the articles, clauses and provisions contained in the usage agreement and it remains in effect until further notice From routine management

This usage agreement - which may be amended from time to time as necessary - constitutes the usage agreement, work mechanism, understanding, agreement and contract between Routine and the consumer, and both parties to this agreement agree to take into account the following:

1- The Arabic language is the language in force when interpreting the provisions of this Agreement, or when translating it into another language.

2- All prices offered on Routine services or products may be amended from time to time.

3- The promotional or marketing offers that Rutini may place are temporary offers, as the store has the right to modify or stop these promotional or marketing offers at any time.

4- The parties to this agreement are obligated to deal with each other in a manner that does not violate the legal rules, regulations, and applicable laws related to the nature of the interaction between Routine and the consumer.

5- This usage agreement is only canceled by a decision issued by a routine administration
